Booking & Reservations

All reservations at Horsetail Ranch are subject to availability and confirmation. Booking is completed through our secure booking platform powered by Hostaway. By making a reservation, you agree to our cancellation policy and house rules.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary by property and season. Please refer to the specific terms provided during your booking process. Generally, a full refund is available for cancellations made 30 or more days before check-in.

House Rules

Guests are expected to treat the property with care and respect. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking is not permitted indoors. Pets may be allowed with prior approval — please inquire when booking.

Liability

Horsetail Ranch is not liable for personal injury or property damage during your stay. Guests assume responsibility for their safety and the safety of their party, including when using outdoor areas, the pool, and hiking trails.
